Right of Withdrawal
Your right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) is valid for 14 days. In your message to us, it must be clearly stated that you wish to withdraw your purchase. The withdrawal period begins on the day you received the product or a substantial part of it. If the agreement concerns a custom-made product or a product with a clear personal customization, the withdrawal period begins on the day we provided the information.
You do not have a right of withdrawal if:

The service has begun during the withdrawal period with your consent

The price depends on fluctuations in the financial market, for example shares

The product, due to its nature, cannot be returned

The seal has been broken on audio or video recordings or computer software
(A seal also refers to technical sealing)
When You Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
You are required to keep the product in as good condition as when you received it. You may not use it, but you may carefully examine it. If the product is damaged or lost due to your negligence, you lose your right of withdrawal.

Deliveries
Delivery times are stated in the shopping cart under each shipping option. If a product has a different delivery time, this is stated on the respective product page.
Uncollected Packages
If you choose cash on delivery as the shipping method, your goods will remain at the post office for four weeks. Uncollected items are returned to us. For all packages that are not collected, we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping, an administration fee, and a handling fee, currently SEK 150.
Returns
Returns are made at your own expense unless the product is defective or we have packed it incorrectly. Returns must be sent as a letter or parcel, not cash on delivery. In the case of exchanges, we pay for the shipping of the new item from us to you.

Refund Obligation
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the product as soon as possible, or no later than 30 days from the day we received the product or, in the case of a service, from the day we received your notice of withdrawal. You are responsible for the return shipping costs when sending the product back. We always cover the return shipping costs for so-called replacement items.
