Return Policy
Refunds
For most items, in the unlikely event that your product is defective, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are not refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Warranty Terms and Right of Withdrawal
The warranty for iGuard™ screen protectors applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by the customer dropping or mishandling the phone. It is the customer’s responsibility to handle the device with care.
The right of withdrawal applies only if the packaging is unopened and in its original condition. If the packaging has been opened or the product has been used, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. To exercise the right of withdrawal, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving the product to initiate the return process.
Returns (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us using our contact form.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us via our contact form.
Shipping
We will instruct you via email on where to send your item for return.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning an item valued at over SEK 750, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
