Satisfaction Guarantee Policy

We are confident that our phone protection products meet a high standard and are designed to provide maximum protection for your device. The primary purpose of a screen protector is to protect your original phone screen from breaking. This means that the screen protector itself may crack if your phone is dropped — a clear sign that it has done its job.

With our Satisfaction Guarantee, you only need to purchase our screen protector once. If your screen protector cracks, we offer to send you a replacement for a small handling and shipping fee of €6.95 / $7.50 (or equivalent in your local currency). This ensures you always have reliable protection without paying full price again.


Conditions of the Satisfaction Guarantee

Please note that the satisfaction guarantee applies under the following conditions:

  • Correct product selection:
    The guarantee applies only if you ordered the correct product for your phone model. It does not cover incorrect orders where the wrong model was selected at checkout.

  • Proper installation:
    The screen protector must be installed correctly according to our installation guide or video. Air bubbles or issues caused during installation are not covered.

  • Normal use:
    The guarantee does not cover scratches or wear caused by normal daily use unless the protector has cracked due to a drop or impact.


How to Claim the Guarantee

To proceed with a guarantee claim, we require clear photos showing the damage to the screen protector. This helps us verify the claim and ensure the guarantee is applied correctly so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
